Cancellation Policy
All appointments and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE in case of a cancellation or a no-show.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding that same-day cancellations, depending on their proximity to the scheduled appointment time, will result in either the forfeiture of the deposit or a 100% charge of the service fee. While we acknowledge unforeseen situations, we kindly request cancellations at least 24 hours in advance to manage our schedule efficiently. If you book last minute and cancel on the same day, the full service charge applies. You may reschedule once with 24 hours' notice and retain your deposit. A second rescheduling will forfeit the deposit. You have 30 days to rebook before losing the deposit.
Late arrival policy: If you're more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and the deposit forfeited.
