Cancellation Policy
All appointments and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations:
• Any cancellation within 24 hours or no-show will result in loss of your deposit and the remaining balance will be charged.
Rescheduling:
• You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice and keep your deposit. Failure to rebook within 30 days will result in loss of the deposit.
Late Arrivals:
Appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes. Arriving late reduces the time available for your session and affects other scheduled clients.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and the full service amount will be charged.
