Cancellation Policy
Please read: Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
All appointments and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation or no-show.
Cancellations:
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service amount.
Rescheduling:
• You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice and retain your deposit.
• Any additional rescheduling, cancellation after rescheduling, or failure to rebook within 30 days will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Late Arrivals:
• Appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes. Arriving late reduces the time available for your session and affects other scheduled clients.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and the full service amount will be charged.
